Grey & White Solutions is a Florida-based company specializing in the installation of high-performance impact windows and doors. The company needed structure, alignment, and digital tools that could match its ambition, communicate expertise with clarity, and guide homeowners smoothly from interest to conversion.

Design Solution
Every point of friction was mapped: confusing messages, scattered visuals, and a brand that wasn’t fully living up to the quality of its work. From there, the identity was refined and stretched into a scalable visual system. With that foundation in place, the next step was to design and develop a fully functional website and an aligned digital content strategy. The strategic backbone was built on keyword research, clear content categories, and user insights, shaping a comprehensive SEO strategy that lives in the very structure of the site.

The system refined how the existing logo behaves in different formats, established a strategic color palette based on coastal blues and clean neutrals, and rebuilt the typographic hierarchy to balance strong, architectural headlines with highly legible UI and body text. A flexible graphic language, using shapes inspired by architecture and the form of the windows and doors, it was defined to frame content, guide attention, and bring rhythm to layouts.
On the digital side, a modular component library was created to support service pages, forms, testimonials, blogs, and landing sections, enabling the website and future campaigns to scale without losing consistency.

One of the key insights we uncovered was that most homeowners don’t actually know the difference between window and door types. That meant the quoting process often turned into a long, confusing back-and-forth.
To solve this, the website now includes strategic educational content with clear illustrations of windows and doors, along with visual aids that guide users in identifying what they have and what they need. Instead of guessing terminology, users can point, compare, and choose, making the path to an accurate quote much faster and far less painful.
